Return Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• The product seal and lid must not be opened.
• If the seal or lid is opened, returns are generally not accepted. However, you may still contact us for special cases.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer both refunds and exchanges for eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will arrange for a delivery person to pick up the item from your address.

Return Shipping

We generally cover the cost of return shipping. In rare cases, assessed by us, the customer may be required to pay for return shipping.
