Products
What kind of honey do you offer?
We offer multi-floral blossom honey collected from flowers like mustard, coconut, cacao, cucumber, and millets. The nectar comes from different seasonal crops in Andhra Pradesh, so each batch is unique.
How is Desi Bee honey different from store honey?
Most store honey is heated, filtered, and often mixed with sugar syrups. This removes natural taste and nutrients.
Desi Bee honey is raw, unprocessed, and pure. Its color and flavor change with the flowers and seasons, just like real honey should.
Is your honey organic or certified?
Our honey is not certified organic yet, but it is FSSAI certified and 100% free from any additives or chemicals.
Can children consume your honey?
Yes, but not for babies under 12 months. It is safe for older kids, teens, and adults.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
What are your shipping charges?
We offer flat ₹100 shipping across India. Orders above ₹1500 qualify for free shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay for secure payments. You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We plan to in the future. You can email us at support@desibee.com if you are interested.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If the seal on the jar is not broken, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Just email support@desibee.com.
Storage & Purity
How should I store the honey?
Store it at room temperature, away from sunlight. No need to refrigerate.
If it crystallizes, that is natural. Just place the jar in warm water and stir.
Is your honey tested for purity?
Yes. Internet tests like the thumb or flame test are not reliable. Even fake honey can pass those.
